Martin Okun, who owned Randolph Security for 39 years, has been a licensed private detective in New Jersey for more than 35 years. He is a Certified Protection Professional and Certified Fraud Examiner. Mr. Okun is past president of the New Jersey Area Chapter of the National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, past chairman of the Western New Jersey Chapter of ASIS and past president of the New Jersey Private Detective's Association. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Randolph Chamber of Commerce and the Morris County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Okun spent one term as Councilman in Roxbury Township and served as mayor in 1998.
