Welcome to the Murdoch Security Group website.

Since I entered the security industry more than 25 years ago, many significant changes have occurred. (Including the invention of company websites.)

Beginning with the advent of computers, the industry has changed the way we perform scheduling, billing and payroll, how we conduct employee background checks, and how we communicate on a daily basis.

In 1990’s, the security industry experimented with multi-service offerings to allow customers one-stop-shopping for all their security needs, from guards and alarms to cameras and K-9 patrols. Many large security companies consolidated their local offices to improve bottom-line growth only to lose market share because of a lack in service and focus.

Today, a once-fragmented industry is experiencing a significant consolidation of companies around the globe.  Many of these global providers are focusing time and resources on Asia and Latin America, while abandoning the U.S. and European security markets that they consider mature.

Ever mindful of these experiences, we have launched Murdoch Security Group, comprised of highly focused group partners whose performance and reputations have stood the test of time.  We have intentionally preserved these historic brand names and maintained their local market presence, as these are the foundations on which they were built. We are fostering a work environment where managers know their customers and decisions are made at a local level with a set of controlled business parameters and best practices.

We believe that it takes both satisfied customers and satisfied employees to build a successful organization. We are proving that satisfied employees, combined with job knowledge and perseverance, can accomplish the highest levels of satisfaction among customers.
