Computerized Tracking and Timekeeping
This integrated security system requires security officers and supervisors to call and log in at the start of each shift. The system identifies whether an employee attempts to clock in from another location (i.e., calls from home, uses a cell phone, etc.). If an employee fails to report for duty, the system alerts a supervisor. This process eliminates open posts and payroll fraud—two widespread problems within the security industry. The system can also call officers on post at specific or random intervals, providing an additional safety measure.
Patrol Checkpoint System
This easy-to-use technology tracks the movements and activities of security officers. Clients identify specific security checkpoints and events for patrols, and the tamper-proof system collects and records critical information:
- Who is reporting for work and when
- Where and when they are while on the job
- What action was taken or needs to be taken
